Narragansett
Narragansett, a coastal town in Washington County, Rhode Island, has a population of approximately 14,532, which swells to around 34,000 during the summer. Separated from South Kingstown in 1888 and incorporated in 1901, it occupies a narrow strip of land along the Pettaquamscutt River and Narragansett Bay, with 62.5% of its area covered by water.
