Northern RI 9 Acres Owner-User Build

Situation: A truck manufacturing business was renting and needed vacant land in Northern Rhode Island to build its own facility.

Strategy: Justin led a feasibility study to understand the client's business, customer base, and infrastructure needs, then secured a flat, mostly clear corner 9-acre property for $250K less than ask.
